Before Our Call

  • We use Riverside to record our videos, which is a lot like Zoom or FaceTime

Getting Ready

  • You can join on your iPhone or Android using Riverside's mobile app.

  • Or, you can open the recording link on your computer using Chrome. Don't use an incognito window.

  • A good internet connection and a relatively quiet space can go a long way for recording.

Afterwards

  • Riverside records onto your device, then uploads it after the session ends.

  • If you have a slower internet connection, you'll want to wait for it to upload completely.

  • Important: Don't leave the session until you see confirmation that your recordings have been 100% uploaded.
