Before our call

  • We want to learn from you and share your story in an informative, positive way.
  • We record on Riverside, which works a lot like Zoom or FaceTime.
  • We handle post-production for a polished final cut.

Getting ready

  • Join from your iPhone or Android with the Riverside app, or open the link on your computer in Chrome (not an incognito window).
  • A good connection and a fairly quiet spot go a long way.

Afterwards

  • Riverside records on your device and uploads when the session ends, so a slower connection just takes longer.
  • Don't leave the session until it shows your recordings are 100% uploaded.
  • If you leave early or the upload stalls, let us know and we'll help you get it uploaded.
